Ensuring quality, transparency, and excellence in every print.
At Do It Right Printers, we prioritize clear timelines. Note our policy on project pauses:
- Timeline: Revised delivery schedules are provided once the hold is lifted.
- Cost: Storage or labor costs will be reflected in final billing.
- Pricing: Quotes remain valid for 6 months.
Submission Responsibility
Clients must ensure files meet specs (300 DPI, Bleed, CMYK). We are not responsible for errors from low resolution or incorrect formats.
Proof Approval
By approving a proof, the client accepts responsibility for all content, including typos and layout. Changes after approval may incur additional fees.
Color Matching
Slight variations between proofs and final prints are normal due to physical ink and machine calibration.
In-Press Variations
Minor smudging, registration shifts (±1/16 inch), or humidity-based paper curling are industry-standard manufacturing tolerances.
Manual Processes: Foil stamping, Embossing, and Spot UV are manual arts; slight placement variations are part of the unique handcrafted quality.
Substrates: Coating adhesion on client-provided materials is not guaranteed.
Do It Right Printers is not liable for delays, damages, or losses during third-party courier handling once the item leaves our facility.
Reprints: Verified manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days with photo evidence.
Quantity: A 1-5% overrun or underrun is standard in manufacturing.
Limit: Our liability is limited strictly to the price paid for the defective product.
