CUSTOM ORDER – NO REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
At Do It Right Printers, all products are custom-made based on each client’s approved specifications. Because of the personalized nature of our services, we implement a strict No Refund Policy as outlined below.
Custom Production
All orders are produced according to confirmed details, including but not limited to:
- Paper type and GSM
- Size and layout
- Printing method
- Color selection
- Finishing (engraving, stamping, die-cutting, embossing, etc.)
- Quantity
Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
No Refund Policy
All payments made, including down payments:
- Are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Are NON-TRANSFERABLE
- Cannot be converted to other jobs or credits
Custom jobs are made specifically for each client and cannot be resold.
Client Approval Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final design, content, layout, measurements, and material selection. Errors identified after approval are not grounds for refund or cancellation.
Replacement Policy (7-Day Rule)
Reprint or replacement may be considered ONLY if:
- Issue is a verified production error caused by us
- Reported within 7 calendar days from receipt
- Affected items are returned for inspection
Industry Standard Tolerances
The following are not considered defects:
- Slight color variation from screen to actual print
- Minor trimming or alignment tolerances
- Paper shade or texture variation per batch
- Natural variation in engraving depth
Policy Agreement
Approval of quotation, service request, and/or payment constitutes full acceptance of this policy and all terms listed herein.
Order Process & Payment
A deposit of 50% or more is required for large or custom orders. Full payment is due upon completion. Late payments incur a 1% interest charge per month.
Pricing & Estimates
Prices based on quantity and finishing. Estimates are valid for 30 days and may change due to unforeseen material costs or rush order requirements.
Delivery & Shipping
Delivery times are estimates. Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for damages or losses during transit.
Limitation of Liability
Liability for damages is limited strictly to the order amount. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
Dispute Resolution & Delays
Disputes are resolved through negotiation. Supplier-caused delays may incur a penalty of 0.01% per day of the delayed portion of the order.
Force Majeure & IP
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control. All artwork and designs created by us remain the property of Do It Right Printers.
Agreement Acceptance: I have read and agree to the Custom Order – No Refund & Replacement Policy and general Terms and Conditions set forth by Do It Right Printers.
